Around 110 employees at the Henau site in Eastern Switzerland ensure Swiss quality. At the site, machine components, cleaning machines and spare parts are produced, repaired, stored and shipped.

We are committed to Switzerland as a production location. As long as the advantages of providing the service outweigh the higher costs, we will maintain the Henau production site. The high flexibility and better quality must remain decisive advantages.

The Cleanfix crew is as diverse as our product range: all highly qualified professionals who are constantly developing new technologies – in the service of cleanliness and tailored to the needs of our customers. Our quality management is ISO 9001 certified.

We shape plastic

Plastic is produced in two departments at Cleanfix: by rotational molding and in the plastic injection molding shop. In the rotational molding process, all dirt and fresh water tanks, as well as the large plastic parts, are produced by heating the mold and simultaneously rotating it. This process ensures that the parts are sufficiently robust for daily use.
The plastic injection molding works with the most modern computer-controlled and automated systems. Thanks to our wide range of cleaning machines, we can better respond to customer requests and offer special designs.

Mechanical production

Cleanfix manufactures all turned and milled parts for the cleaning machines in Henau. In-house production makes us flexible, ensures quality and guarantees delivery readiness.

Mounting

In the assembly area, mechanical, plastic, welded and purchased components are put together on production lines to form the proven Cleanfix cleaning machines.

Quality control

Before shipping to all over the world, the quality manager checks and documents each device. Our ultimate goal is to deliver Swiss quality to our customers at competitive prices.
